Breeding your Gen 1 Byrds is easy! Here’s a simple step-by-step guide:

1. Mint Your Gen 1 Byrd: Start by purchasing your Gen 1 Byrd for 25 XRP. This is the foundation of your breeding journey. ✅

2. Breed Your Gen 1 Byrds: Once you have two Gen 1 Byrds, you can breed them together. Or get with a friend and split the fee! Simply pay a 25 XRP breeding fee And submit the $BYRDS you would like bred. 

3. Incubation: After breeding, generally within 48-72 hours, you’ll receive an egg/s NFT. The egg/s needs to incubate for 7 days, during which it can be traded with others.

*Special Note! You’ll receive 2 eggs instead of 1 during your breeding if you hold 1M $BYRDS tokens. (Max 4 eggs / baby Byrds total per breeding & must hold 1M per BYRD submitted)

4. Hatching: Once the 7 day incubation period is complete, your egg will hatch and we’ll send you your Baby $BYRD NFT.

5. Mature Your Baby Byrds: The baby Byrds will need a 30 day maturity period before they can breed. (We'll send you a grown Breed-able $Byrd)

6. Decision Time: After breeding, you $BYRD will become a non breedable house pet. (Please note that any 1of1 $BYRDS will have 2 breeding opportunities. Mint number 001 and 0100 will have 3 breeding opportunities)
